We all know that redlines are an essential part of any negotiation process. However, they can sometimes create unintended consequences\u2014especially in lengthy, complex documents. That\u2019s where our new feature comes in!<\/p>\n

With the \u201cPotential Redline Issues\u201d section on the Review Screen, we\u2019re taking a proactive approach to help you catch those tricky errors before they become costly mistakes. Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n

  • Redline Cross-Reference Alerts<\/strong>: Any changes that impact cross-references\u2014like numbering adjustments, paragraph moves, additions, or deletions\u2014will now be flagged for your attention.<\/li>\n
  • Smarter Issue Detection<\/strong>: By identifying these potential problem areas upfront, you can ensure your documents remain accurate and polished throughout the negotiation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    c. If a paragraph is split into 2 sections \u2192 Cross-references to paragraphs with new indices are included to Potential Redline Issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

    d. If a paragraph is changed more than 75% \u2192 Cross-References\u00a0 are included into Potential Redline Issues to ensure that the paragraph's reference is still appropriate <\/span><\/p>\n
